Case Study: Meridian Air Charter – Trade Show

Scenario: Meridian Air Charter (MAC), the leading aviation services company serving the New York Metropolitan area, is exhibiting at the National Travel Business Association Conference. This was their first time exhibiting in Chicago’s McCormick Place, and they wanted to make an impact and draw attention to their corner booth. The targeted market was B2B, with a business that had high-end clientele exhibiting or attending the conference.

Goal: Find a stimulating activity that would generate a crowd and create a buzz on the trade show floor.

Conclusion: Meridian contracted Dale Obrochta to run their booth promotion and create art customized to the client’s desire. Because of the unique approach, B2B relationships were created as vendors left their booths to acquire their own personal artwork. MAC was able to reach 62% of the vendors by not leaving their booth.
